Yupe, seriously. I am in the process of reforming my online business, and after some consideration decided this blog will not be my priority.

The main reason for ending this blog is the duplicate idea and content with my other Webmaster Blog, and it doesn’t make logical sense to maintain 2 similar blog myself.

At the beginning I started this blog to cater particularly for Malaysian readers to make money online, only after 3 months of blogging I realized that the idea and tips of making money online is applicable globally.

What Malaysians need is what the rest of the world will need to do in online business. Hope that you can still find something useful from the archives.

If you have been enjoying my reading here, you should find another Webmaster Blog of mine interesting as well, I will continue sharing ideas there.

Thank you.

Always read the Terms of Service for whatever program you join; especially when it involves money, read the TOS word by word.

It’s funny yet sad to see newbie being banned from some programs for breaking the TOS with some stupid actions.

Stats from OneStats.com in June 2006; about worldwide and country specific screen resolutions of internet users.

The most popular screen resolutions on the web in the world are:
1. 1024 x 768 56.15%
2. 1280 x 1024 15.79%
3. 800 x 600 12.04%
4. 1280 x 800 4.09%
5. 1152 x 864 3.90%

The screen resolution usage is essential to determine the trend for website designs. Lots of websites are still designed with 800×600 resolution in mind; perhaps it’s time to focus on 1024×760 instead.

Vince Tan wrote some quick tips to improve Google Adsense revenue (read the original article); I find it interesting, thus sharing here the 12 tips with bits of my own comments.

1. Remove on-site publisher advertising.

Agree, I have removed the on-site advertising link since day one of its introduction.

Ok I am not asking you to actually hire someone. My point is lots of people are browsing the employment section on papers and classifieds, and it could be worth it to advertise online or offline with a ‘hiring’ ad to attract your website traffic.

This can be done if you have a really solid website that’s already making thousands of dollars; no point wasting money to promote your personal blog by pretending that you are hiring, people probably won’t buy your trick anyway.
